We begin with questions that ask you to speak your truth, to excavate shame, fear, embarrassment, and anything that is a shadow, and to become friends with it. You will learn to use it as the sacred well to your future.
I use a few different methods to help you excavate this channel including: deep listening and intuition, astrology and Human Design, and your personal narrative.
